This policy explains how Rozilam Ltd (“Rozilam”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit rozilam.com or place an order with us. We’re registered in England and Wales, company number 13575534, registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

We’re the data controller for the information described here, and we handle it in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information you give us directly:

  • Name, email, phone number, and delivery address when you place an order or create an account
  • Payment details, handled directly by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal), we never see or store your full card details
  • Messages you send us through the contact form or by email
  • Marketing preferences, if you opt in to receive emails from us

Information collected automatically:

  • Pages viewed, time spent on the site, and how you arrived here
  • Device and browser information, including IP address
  • Cookie data, covering essential site functions, analytics, and (only with your consent) marketing

We use a cookie consent tool that lets you choose which non-essential cookies to accept when you first visit the site, and change that choice at any time.

How we use your information

We process your data to:

  • Fulfil and deliver your order
  • Provide customer support and respond to enquiries
  • Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and (with your consent) marketing emails

  • Analytics providers (such as Google Analytics), only if you’ve consented to analytics cookies

We don’t sell your personal data to anyone, ever.

Some of our service providers are based outside the UK. Where that’s the case, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to make sure your data stays protected to a UK standard.

Your rights

  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data, where there’s no legal reason for us to keep it

How long we keep your data

We keep order and transaction records for as long as required by UK tax law (currently 6 years), and other personal data only for as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymise it.

Children

Our site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we’ll remove it.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (TLS), to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
